For the air quality conformity analysis, the West Virginia Division of Air Quality and ODOT prescribed that conformity tests are performed for calendar years 2005, 2009, 2015 and 2025. The transportation air quality conformity analysis for the WWW area must take into account the projects scheduled to be completed during the current TIP period. Below you will find the 2005 report. PM2.5 Summary Report

Transportation conformity requires nonattainment areas to demonstrate that all future transportation projects will not come in the way of the area from reaching its air quality attainment goals. All non-attainment areas are required to demonstrate conformity by 5 April 2006, one year following the original designations. Nonattainment areas are required to meet the PM 2.5 attainment standards by 2010. Below you will find the PM 2.5 Summary Report for your review, the document was developed March, 2006.
